Who we are

VendAutoFlow is operated by Confidatrade Corporation. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you connect your eBay account via OAuth, we store:

  • Your eBay user ID (to identify your account in our system)
  • An OAuth refresh token from eBay (so we can perform actions on your listings at your request)
  • A record of relisting actions we performed for you, including item IDs and timestamps

We do NOT collect or store:

  • Your eBay password (we never see it — OAuth handles authentication)
  • Your payment information, payout details, or bank account data
  • Personal information about your buyers
  • Your eBay inbox or messages
How we use your data
  • To display your listings in the dashboard
  • To end and recreate listings when you click "Refresh Selected"
  • To keep you signed in during a session
  • For basic operational logs (e.g., detecting errors)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

eBay account deletion

If you close your eBay account, eBay notifies us within 72 hours and we delete all your data from our systems automatically. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing varyaboy@gmail.com.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your eBay account from VendAutoFlow, we delete your refresh token and user record within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored on a secure server with HTTPS encryption. Access is restricted to the application itself.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
